My Local Health app for iPhone and iPad

We have designed My Local Health to help patients get the best access to local healthcare services.

This free App was designed with South Downs Health and Care GP Federation and includes lots of handy links and resources, including:

- Near Me: map and directions to help you find your local services
- Local Services: access useful information on a range of useful services for patients
- Videos: sharing valuable healthcare information
- My Health Hub: receive messages, news and information directly from your health care providers
- Have your Say: give us your feedback and tell us how to improve our services for you

Don’t forget to register and set up an account through the My Settings button. By signing in you can personalise your experience and receive information tailored for you.
